Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-16-19-4 and rezone the site from R-3 RI, R-4 RI, and C-2 to C-2 to allow commercial uses. This file is a companion case to Z-SP-3-19-4.
