Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-24-20-2 and rezone the site from R-3 SP to R-3 to allow the removal of a Special Permit for a mobile home subdivision to allow traditional single-family residential.
