Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-40-23-2 and rezone the site from C-O/G-O HGT/WVR (Commercial Office/General Office District, Height Waiver) to R-2 (Multifamily Residence District) to allow multifamily residential.
