Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-47-23-2 and rezone the site from R1-8 NBCOD (Single-Family Residence District, North Black Canyon Overlay District) and FH NBCOD (Flood Hazard and Erosion Management District, North Black Canyon Overlay District) to R-3 NBCOD (Multifamily Residence District, North Black Canyon Overlay District) to allow multifamily residential townhomes.
