This business plans to open in May 2017.

I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I will be accountable for those eating, dining and drinking at my establishment. I will be vigilant of those that are in excess and cut them off. I will be mindful of who's driving and make sure to get a cab or safe ride home for those that will endanger them selve's or others.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“I am willing to serve alcohol in a responsible manner by following laws and customs governing spirits and alcohol. We will be proactive to serve the communty that surrounds us and seek to keep the neighborhood safe. I will be my very best know when to say when to a patron.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
