Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend Contract 163534 with the Arizona Community Action Association dba Wildfire, to accept $170,280 in additional emergency utility assistance funding for a new contract total of $1,050,280. Further request authorization for the City Treasurer to accept, and the City Controller to disburse, all funds related to this item.

This amendment will provide additional funding for emergency utility assistance to low-income individuals and families in Phoenix, allowing the City of Phoenix Human Services Department to serve approximately 465 additional households.
Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged, which began on July 1, 2025, and ends on June 30, 2026.
Financial Impact
The new total value of the contract will not exceed $1,050,280. There is no impact to the General Fund.
