Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, to enter into contracts with A-1 Locksmith & Security Center, Inc.; Bird & Bug Ventures, LLC dba Anderson Lock & Safe; D.H. Pace Company, Inc.; and Eagle Locksmith LLC to provide commercial locksmith products and services for the Housing, Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and Water Services departments. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total combined value of the contracts will not exceed $1,100,000. Request to apportion the total combined value among the contract awardees based on needs and resources at the discretion of the City Manager or the City Manager's designee.

Summary
These contracts will provide a comprehensive range of security-related products and services for City of Phoenix buildings and facilities. Services will include the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of locks and related hardware. Products and hardware include door locks, access control components, keys and key systems, panic and exit devices, and secure storage hardware.
The contracts will provide routine and emergency locksmith services to support facility operations, maintain reliable building security, comply with applicable safety requirements, and ensure locking systems remain fully functional.

An Invitation for Bid procurement was processed in accordance with City of Phoenix Administrative Regulation 3.10.
Four vendors submitted bids and were deemed responsive to the posted specifications and responsible for providing the required goods and services. Following an evaluation based on price, the procurement officer recommends award to the following vendors:

Contract Term
