Request to authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, to execute an amendment to Contract 158843 with Valley Shredding, LLC dba PROShred for an assignment to VRC Companies, LLC dba Vital Records Control, a disregarded entity of Vital Records Holding, LLC. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. No additional funds are needed; request to continue using Ordinance S-50051.
