Applicant’s Statement
The applicant submitted the following statement in support of this application. Spelling, grammar and punctuation in the statement are shown exactly as written by the applicant on the City Questionnaire.
I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“The owner has two years experience in the liquor industry and no violations. The owners will ensure the employees as well as the owners attend Arizona liquor law training to prevent sales to obviously intoxicated patrons and prevent sales to underage.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“The owners would like to add their unique restaurant to highlight food from their country and support the community. Although they have not had their grand opening, customers have come to the business and want to eat. They are asking if alcoholic alcoholic beverages will also be served to complement their food. The owners bake their own bread and other types of international cuisine.”
