Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-42-20-2 and rezone the site from S-1 (Ranch or Farm Residence District) to R-3A (Multifamily Residence District) to allow for multifamily residential.
