I have been trained and have attended both basic and management classes numerous times in the state of Arizona, and am very familiar with the Title 4 laws.”

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the requested liquor license because it is convenient to allow people to eat and drink alcoholic beverages in one location so that they do not have to travel to two different places for food and alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the requested license will allow the new owners to operate an existing restaurant, which had its own Series 12 liquor license.
