Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-112-24-1 and rezone the site from R-4A (Approved CP/GCP) (Multifamily Residence District, Approved Commerce Park District, General Commerce Park Option) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow multifamily residential. This is a companion case to GPA-DV-2-24-1 and must be heard immediately after the GPA item.
