Request to authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, to enter into an agreement with Arizona Truck Center, LLC dba Vanguard Truck Center of Phoenix to provide OEM parts, labor and repair services for the Public Works Department. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the contract will not exceed $1,150,000.

Procurement Information
In accordance with Administrative Regulation 3.10, standard competition was waived as a result of an approved Determination Memo based on the following reason: Special Circumstance Alternative Competition. This cooperative contract, State of Arizona Contract CTR077344-1, was established by the State of Arizona using a process consistent with the City's procurement process set forth in the Phoenix City Code, Chapter 43, and allows for the purchase of goods and services. Utilizing this cooperative contract through a cooperative participating agreement will allow the Public Works Department, Fleet Services Division, to obtain timely repairs for vehicles and equipment needed to provide critical services to City of Phoenix residents.
Contract Term
The contract will begin on or about October 6, 2026, and will expire on September 20, 2027 with three one-year options to extend.
Financial Impact
The aggregate contract value will not exceed $1,150,000 for a four-year aggregate term. Funding is available in the Public Works Department's budget.
