Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-52-18-4 and rezone the site from R1-6 to R1-6 HP for the expansion of the existing Historic Preservation zoning overlay for Encanto-Palmcroft Historic District to include all of Encanto Park and Golf Course.

VPC Action: The Central City Village Planning Committee heard this case on Oct. 1, 2018, and recommended approval 9-1. The Planning Commission heard the case on Nov. 5, 2018, due to some confusion with a meeting location change in October and voted to allow the previous vote to stand by a 15-0 vote.
