Description
Requesting City Council approval to authorize the City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, to enter into an agreement with Wolfe Naimark Policy and Strategy LLC to provide policy consulting services for the Mayor’s Office. The agreement, in an amount not to exceed $144,000 for a term of 12 months, will be paid for through the Mayor’s Office budget.

Rick Naimark, on a contract basis, will provide policy consulting, advisory, strategic, and coordination support to the Mayor’s Office, including a focus on downtown priorities, community engagement, land use planning, and interdepartmental communication. The agreement will start on or about October 1, 2026, for a period of 12 months.
