Description
Request authorization for the City Manager, or his designee, to grant an irrigation easement to Salt River Project (SRP) within the 107th Avenue right-of-way, south of Lower Buckeye Road, for consideration in the amount of the appraised value and other consideration. Further request authorization for the City Treasurer to accept all funds related to this item.

Summary
Development of the QuikTrip project requires SRP irrigation facilities to be relocated from an open distribution ditch to an underground pipeline. The approximate 726 square foot easement within the east side of the 107th Avenue right-of-way will connect SRP's irrigation pipe to the relocated facilities within the QuikTrip project. The developer is paying for all costs related to the easement.

Revenue will be reflective of the market value of the easement.
