Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to acquire all rights, title, and interests to vacant real property located on the northwest corner of N. 25th Street and E. Greenway Road, identified by Maricopa County Assessor's parcel number 214-40-008E. The purchase price will be no greater than market value determined by an appraisal or other permissible valuation method acceptable to the City.
Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item.
