Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to assign Lone Mountain Park Agreement 161017 and Happy Valley Road: 67th to 35th avenues Roadway Improvements Agreement 162505 to provide continued construction services with Haydon Companies, LLC, to Quint Holdings, Inc. dba Haydon Companies, LLC. Further request to authorize execution of amendments to the Agreements as necessary within the City Council approved expenditure authority as provided below, and for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item.

Summary
On November 6, 2024 , the City and Haydon Companies, LLC entered into Agreement 161017 to provide Construction Manager at Risk Preconstruction and Construction Services for the Lone Mountain Park project. On May 11, 2025, the City and Haydon Companies, LLC entered into Agreement 162505 to provide Design-Bid-Build services for the Happy Valley Road: 67th to 35th avenues Roadway Improvements project. This assignment is necessary because on July 6, 2026, Haydon Companies, LLC formally notified the City of Phoenix of the entity change from Haydon Companies, LLC to Quint Holdings, Inc., dba Haydon Companies, LLC.
Contract Term
The original term of each Agreement remains unchanged. Work scope identified and incorporated into the Agreements prior to the end of the term may be agreed to by the parties, and work may extend past the termination of the Agreements. No additional changes may be executed after the end of the term.
Financial Impact
- Agreement 161017 remains unchanged.
- Agreement 162505 remains unchanged.

- Construction Manager at Risk Preconstruction and Construction Services Agreement 161017 (Ordinance S-51029 ) on June 12, 2024;
- Design-Bid-Build Services Agreement 162505 (Ordinance S-51687) on March 5, 2025; and
- Construction Manager at Risk Preconstruction and Construction Services Agreement 161017 Amendment (Ordinance S-52705) on March 25, 2026.
