Description

Request to hold a public hearing on the rezoning application for the following item and consider adoption of the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related Ordinance if approved. Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-26-20-7 and rezone the site from DTC-Warehouse HP to DTC-Warehouse to remove the Historic Preservation Overlay. This case is a companion case to Z-TA-5-20-7 and should be heard first.
