Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to grant an easement to the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) across City-owned property located at 320 W. Watkins Street for consideration in the amount of the appraised value. Further request authorization for the City Treasurer to accept all funds related to this item.

Summary
The development of Palo Verde at Riverview Logistics Center resulted in obstruction of access to one of ADOT's highway service yards. ADOT requires an ingress-egress easement for access to their service yard located west of S. Central Avenue, south of W. Watkins Road. The ingress-egress easement is approximately 2,456 square feet.
The developer will compensate the City for all costs related to the easement.
The property to be encumbered by the easement is identified by Maricopa County Assessor's parcel number (APN) 112-46-014C.
Financial Impact
Revenue will be reflective of the market value of the easement.
