I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“Applicant is committed to upholding the highest standards for business and maintaining compliance with applicable laws. Managers and staff will be trained in the techniques of legal and responsible alcohol sales and service.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“Applicant will manage the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs, which has been a well-known and popular business and personal travel destination for many years. Applicant would like to continue to offer alcoholic beverages to guests 21 and over.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
