Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute amendment to Contract 161466 with Mission Linen Supply, Inc. to modify scope of work to add services and additional expenditures. Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The additional expenditures will not exceed $260,000.

Summary
This contract provides laundry, rental, and dry cleaning services, including uniforms, dry-cleaning, full laundry cleaning, decontamination services and pick-up and delivery, on an as-needed basis. Items that have been biologically contaminated require laundering and decontamination in accordance with all federal, state, county, and City laws. These services are essential to providing clean and sanitary uniforms and other items to departments Citywide. The additional services and funding will support laundering of flame resistant uniforms for the Water Services Department.
Contract Term
The contract term remains unchanged, ending on August 25, 2029.
Financial Impact
Upon approval of $260,000 in additional funds, the revised aggregate value of the contract will not exceed $860,000. Funds are available in the Water Services Department's operating budget.
