Description

Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-48-20-2 and rezone the site from R1-14 (One Family Residence) to C-O/G-O HGT/WVR (Commercial Office/General Office, Height Waiver) for a commercial office with a height waiver up to 38 feet.
