I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I have been in the business of selling alcohol for over twelve years. And I currently hold a title 4 liquor management certification of completion. I also currently hold a #10 liquor license with no derogatory record at this same location.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“The model for this business is to offer a place where friends, family and coworkers can get together in a friendly and fun atmosphere. The light rail is parallel to the business which would offer the customer a safe and convenient method of transportation.”
