Further request to authorize the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total value of the contract will not exceed $200,000.

Summary
This contract will provide the City with direct electronic access to a comprehensive and continuously updated Maricopa County title plant database, enabling accurate and efficient research of property records to support key municipal functions such as property verification, tax assessment and legal documentation. By partnering with a qualified supplier experienced in maintaining reliable title plant systems, the City will ensure timely access to essential data, improve operational efficiency and enhance the accuracy of property-related processes across departments.
