Description
Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an agreement with Mission Uniform Services (Mission), to provide laundering services for Water Services Department (WSD) uniforms. Further request to authorize execution of amendments to the agreement as necessary within the Council-approved expenditure authority as provided below, and for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. The total agreement value will not exceed $245,000.

Summary
The purpose of this contract is to provide laundry services for regular uniforms and flame-resistant uniforms for WSD. Services include, but are not limited to: pick-up, laundering, pressing, maintenance (mending, button, zipper and hook replacement), and delivery of uniforms.

The selection was made using an Invitation for Bid procurement process as set forth in City of Phoenix Administrative Regulation 3.10.
