Description

For $135,000 in payment authority for a new contract, entered on or about June 3, 2026, for a term of five years for a digital press, equipment, supplies, support, and maintenance for the City Clerk Department. The equipment and supplies allow the City Clerk Department to print in color on a variety of paper sizes and will replace obsolete technology. This contract is necessary to ensure the City Clerk Department retains access to specialized equipment that is functional and capable of printing public information materials for the City Council and City Departments.
