Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-136-24-Y and rezone the area from various underlying zoning districts to various underlying zoning districts with the Adaptive Reuse and Multi-Family Overlay District to map boundaries for the Adaptive Reuse and Multi-Family Overlay District (Z-TA-3-24-Y). This is a companion case and must be heard following Z-TA-3-24-Y.
