Request: The 40-foot right-of-way easement recorded under Docket 6490 Page 325 of the Maricopa County Recorder, located west of 63rd Avenue and adjacent to the south boundary of the parcel addressed 8220 S 63rd Ave., (APN 300-02-025B), along with the west 10-feet of the 40-foot right-of-way easement dedicated per the same document, adjacent to the east boundary of the same parcel, in alignment with South 63rd Avenue.

Financial Impact
