Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to grant an easement to Arizona Public Service Company (APS) across City-owned property, for consideration in the amount of the appraised value and other consideration. Further request to authorize the City Treasurer to accept all funds related to this item.

Summary
APS requires an easement for the installation, operation and maintenance of an underground 12kv electrical distribution line to connect service from the Cielo Grande substation to an electrical cabinet along Deer Valley Drive. The electrical facilities will support an increased need for service capacity in the area. The easement is approximately 5,058 square feet.
Financial Impact
Revenue will be reflective of the market value of the easement.
