Description

Request to hold a public hearing and consider amending the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-29-A-14-1 and rezone the site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for a Major Amendment to the Metro North Corporate Park PUD regarding data centers, landscape setbacks, and design standards.
