Request to authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to grant three irrigation easements to Salt River Project (SRP), located within 83rd Avenue right-of-way, south of Buckeye Road, for consideration in the amount of the appraised value and other considerations. Further request authorization for the City Treasurer to accept all funds related to this item.

Summary
The three irrigation easements total approximately 2,232 square feet and are necessary to redesign a portion of SRP's irrigation facilities to support the Maricopa County Department of Transportation road widening project along 83rd Avenue. SRP's irrigation lines currently run north and south within 83rd Avenue. Additional irrigation pipe will be added in two different areas crossing 83rd Avenue easterly to redirect the irrigation flow outside of the roadway and will tie into another irrigation line further south within the 83rd Avenue right-of-way. The three irrigation easements will be located within 83rd Avenue right-of-way, south of Buckeye Road.
Financial Impact
Revenue will be reflective of the market value of the easement.
