I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:
“I meet all of the qualifying requirements set forth by the AZ Liquor Board, and Arizona State law. My business partner has over 20 years in the alcohol & service business, and I also understand many of the aspects needed to be a safe, responsible, & successful business.”
The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:
“Our business will be located within the Evans Churchill Neighborhood & Roosevelt Row Arts District which is consistent with both neighborhoods plans for infill & development, by way of diversity and density. Phoenix zoning code also is written to promote our type of establishment in line with it's master plan & overlays.”
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
