Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-38-23-6 and rezone the site from R1-10 (Single-Family Residence District) to R1-10 HP (Single-Family Residence District, Historic Preservation Overlay) to allow a Historic Preservation Overlay for the historic Walter Hubbard Sterling Residence.
