Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-49-22-1-2 and rezone the site from A-1 SP DVAO (Light Industrial District, Special Permit, Deer Valley Airport Overlay District) and A-1 DVAO (Light Industrial District, Deer Valley Airport Overlay District) to A-1 DVAO (Light Industrial District, Deer Valley Airport Overlay District) to remove the existing Special Permit on a portion of the site and allow light industrial uses.
