Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-29-20-6 and rezone the site from R1-10 (Single-Family Residence District) to R-O (Residential Office - Restricted Commercial District) for a wellness center.
