Description

Request to amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-SP-3-26-7 and rezone the site from A-1 SP CMOD MH (Light Industrial District, Special Permit, Capitol Mall Overlay District, Middle Housing Overlay District) to A-1 SP CMOD MH (Light Industrial District, Special Permit, Capitol Mall Overlay District, Middle Housing Overlay District) to allow an extension of a Special Permit for a safe outdoor space/structured campground for unsheltered individuals.
