I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I am a licensed realtor and my partner Scott Suciu is a board certified doctor. We are simply looking to start a business and respect all the laws in place.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“We will operate and conduct our business under all the specific laws of the City of Phoenix and State of Arizona. Within it's borders Scott and I plan to provide our service to make a profit and give back to charities locally.”

 

Staff Recommendation

Staff recommends approval of this application noting the applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
