I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

"The applicants are commited to serving the best experience possible. Manager and staff will be trained in legal and responsible sales.”

 

The public convenience requires and the best interest of the community will be substantially served by the issuance of the liquor license because:

“Applicant will offer the guests delisious food and service. Also provide the best service and responsible way possible ."

Staff recommends disapproval of this application based on a Finance Department recommendation for disapproval. The Finance Department disapproval is based on delinquent taxes.

 

Staff also notes that applicant must resolve any pending City of Phoenix building and zoning requirements, and be in compliance with the City of Phoenix Code and Ordinances.
