Summary
The easement dedication is required by the Planning and Development Department under Project 24-1197, DEDI: 260023, for the Innovation 27 Workforce Training and Education Collaborative Project.
This project involves the renovation of a former big-box department store into a new vocational and trade school featuring classrooms, workforce training areas, conference rooms, office space and back-of-house support areas.
The easement dedication for sidewalk purposes is more fully described in the attached Exhibit A, which is to be recorded with the Ordinance.
Concurrence/Previous Council Action
Construction Manager at Risk Services Agreement 161777--0, authorized by Ordinance S-51327, adopted on October 16, 2024; and Ordinance S-52293, to provide additional construction manager at risk construction services adopted on September 17, 2025.
