Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-13-23-7 and rezone the site from S-1 (Ranch or Farm Residence) and R-2 (Multifamily Residence District) to CP/GCP (Commerce Park District, General Commerce Park Option) and A-1 (Light Industrial District) to allow office, fabrication and vehicle maintenance. This is a companion case and should be heard following GPA-EST-1-23-7.
