This item is for discussion and consideration of reappointment of four Phoenix Municipal Court Judges, for four-year terms.

Summary

The Judicial Selection Advisory Board convened on November 5, 2025, and recommended the following reappointments of Phoenix Municipal Court Judges:

 

  • Judge Monyette Nyquist as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on December 19, 2029.
  • Judge Ana Sanchez as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on December 19, 2029.
  • Judge Alex Benezra as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
  • Judge Hercules Dellas as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
  • Judge Heidi Gilbert as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
  • Judge Frankie Jones as a Judge of the Phoenix Municipal Court for a four-year term that would end on January 17, 2030.
