For $340,000 in payment authority for Contract 63846 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 for annual operation and maintenance costs for the Granite Reef Underground Storage Project (GRUSP) for the Water Services Department. GRUSP operates under an Intergovernmental Agreement between Salt River Project and the cities of Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Phoenix owns 25.755 percent of the underground water storage capacity of GRUSP and pays its proportional share of GRUSP costs.
