Description
The City Council requested staff develop a plan to address the growing challenge of homeless throughout the City of Phoenix. Through extensive collaboration between departments, staff will present the City's proposed comprehensive homeless solutions plan. During the presentation, staff will highlight the key challenges and proposed strategies contained in the plan.
