Description
Request authorization for the City Manager, or designee, to allow additional expenditures under Contract 126876 with Maricopa County Community College District. Further request authorization for the City Controller to disburse all funds related to this item. Further request the City Council to grant an exception pursuant to Phoenix City Code § 42-20 pertaining to this transaction for indemnification and assumption of liability, which would otherwise be prohibited by Phoenix City Code § 42-18. The additional expenditures will not exceed $705,000.
