Staff requests that the above plat be approved by the City Council and certified by the City Clerk. Recording of the plat dedicates the streets and easements as shown to the public. This plat and the resolution of abandonment for ABND 210032 must be recorded concurrently with the Maricopa County Recorder on the same day, at the same time. The sequence of recording to be followed is that the resolution is recorded first, then the plat is recorded second.
