Description

Request to hold a public hearing and amend the Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, Section 601, the Zoning Map of the City of Phoenix, by adopting Rezoning Application Z-29-25-7 and rezone the site from S-1 (Approved C-2/CP-GCP) (Ranch or Farm Residence, Approved Intermediate Commercial or Commerce Park District, General Commerce Park Option) and S-1 (Ranch or Farm Residence) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to allow a mixed use project with commercial retail, multifamily residential, single-family attached, and assisted living. This is a companion case to GPA-LV-1-25-7 and should be heard following GPA-LV-1-25-7.
