Description

Request to hold a public hearing on a General Plan Amendment for the following item to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation and the related resolution if approved. Request to amend the General Plan Land Use Map designation on 29.74 acres from Commerce/Business Park to Mixed Use (Industrial / Commerce/Business Park). This is a companion case to Z-69-22-6 and should be heard first, followed by Z-69-22-6.
