Description
For an additional $173,871 for Agreement 161524, Change Order 6 (AH10010002-6), for the US Vets Miscellaneous Repairs and Improvements Design-Bid-Build project. This Change Order provides ADA upgrades, parking lot repairs before asphalt installation, HOA-required block wall painting, replacement of damaged kitchen cabinetry and tile, concrete sealant flooring replacement, and walk-in refrigerator and freezer repairs. Funding is provided by Federal, State, and Housing Department sources.
