I have the capability, reliability and qualifications to hold a liquor license because:

“I have extensive knowledge through my background in the bar and restaurant industry of over 8 years. I understand the location, clientele, neighborhood, flow of business of the business I am now an owner, having worked at this restaurant for 8 years. The importance of providing a safe and responsible environment for customers to feel welcomed while enjoying time out with family and friends eating, drinking and/or socializing is paramount. I am excited to be local and to bring our enthusiasm and professionalism to this business and accept the responsibilty associated with it.”
